Hat einer von euch ne Ahnung, in wie weit Cyanogen dieses Update mit einarbeitet?

kommt drauf an was dieses update bringt.. denn auch das update auf 2.2.1 (frg83) brachte ja kaum änderungen..

hat jemand irgendwelche infos zu dem update?

Ich hab irgendwo mal kurz aufgeschnappt, dass man die neue Marketversion nur installieren kann, wenn man FRG83D hat?!?!

Ich bin immer noch auf Marketversion 1.82

Here's what I'm seeing so far:

The whole framework is touched by the OTA. The core of the framework itself has had a significant patch applied.

Every system application is touched by the OTA, but the focus seems to be on the Market, and the stock email (not Gmail) client.

When you update, you get an older version of the Market, but with a newer version of the vending.odex file. When you first connect to the market, you silently update to the latest version.

The recovery is touched by the OTA.

I'm not seeing anything visibly different, other than losing root in the stock FRG83 ROM. The apps and framework (and probably the recovery, too) were probably just patched to mark them as a newer version. I imagine this is all in preparation for the Market changes that are coming overnight, but there is a good chance that you will need to apply this OTA in order to get the next one, as it does touch the recovery.

Denke nicht, das CM da was machen wird. Zu 2.3 wird ein dickes Update kommen.
Falls es wen interssiert, ich hab die Datei mal hochgeladen - Könnte dann ja auch in den Thread ROM's, etc.

ich weiß nicht.. denkmal wenn 2.3 kommt wird cm noch mindestens 1 - 1 1/2 monate brauchen bis es auch eine cm version mit gingerbread geben wird.. ODER cm bringt keine stabel 6.1 mit 2.2.1 raus sondern dann gleich eine 6.1 mit 2.3.. es kommt immer drauf an wie groß die änderungen zu 2.2.1 sind bei 2.3.. was ja bis heute keiner genau sagen kann..
